If in case you are not okay or satisfied with the CRIB MARKETS (MAURITIUS) LTD services provided to you, the first thing you can do is come in contact with our Customer Care Department or Client Relations Manager as most of the complaints can be resolved here at this level.

But in case if for some reason your complaint has not been resolved or taken care of, you can submit your complaint to our Compliance Department. The Compliance Officer will fair-mindedly and equitably handle all your complaints and the actions thereafter will be taken according to our Company’s Complaints Handling Procedures which you can view on our website as well.
